This book was written by Kenneth Anderson. In this book, he writes about his famous and most loved hunts in the jungles of Southern India. By the title, one thinks that the book only includes stories about tigers but, this is not true. Kenneth Anderson has written stories about the hunting of many animals like tigers, panthers, bears, and even elephants. He describes every aspect like how the animals were terrorizing the villagers near the jungles, the way he hunted them, the rewards he got after killing the animal, the reason why the animals could have turned into man-eaters to name a few.
In case you wanted a book that is short and easy to read without a very complex plot, you should get your hands on this book. Kenneth Anderson has beautifully set the story and though the jungles of Southern India can be very hot, he has described their beauty in such a way that it makes you feel like you are in paradise. If you were wondering whether this book might contain a few dark scenes, take the word from a teen, the book contains nothing that might make you regret reading this book. So, don’t worry, you can even make your children read it. This book is also perfect for those book readers who once in a while, crave a non-fiction based book that brings them back to the reality of the world.
